Hung Yi WU
Based in Taipei, Taiwan.
導演、編劇。臺灣大學法律學系畢業，臺灣藝術大學電影學系畢業。
以短片《金魚缸小姐》入圍金馬獎最佳劇情短片。短片《2號球衣》，獲得德國Oberhausen奧伯豪森影展評審團特別提及獎、首爾國際女性影展最佳導演獎、日本愛知女性影展銀獎。影片同時入圍中國西寧FIRST青年電影展、俄羅斯Kinoproba國際電影學院影展、臺灣女性影展等各種國內外影展。編導的影集《暗黑童話》Tales in the Dark入選台北金馬影展創投會議Taipei Golden Horse Film Project Promotion。
目前持續投入戲劇與紀錄影像創作，創作類型多在探討人與人之間無可名狀的關係與人性中自身矛盾的情感道德掙扎。
Born in Taiwan. She graduated from National Taiwan University College of Law and Department of Motion Picture of NTUA. Her short 《The Fishbowl Girl》was nominated for the Best Live Action Short Film at the Golden Horse Awards. Her short 《On the Waitlist》was nominated for Xining FIRST International Film Festival, won the Best Director award in Seoul International Women's Film Festival and won the Special Mention of the Ecumenical Jury prize in Oberhausen International Short Film Festival
